Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your country, to create a workspace. If you use Cofyn for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization.

Provide accurate account information, keep your password secure and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Workspace admins control membership, modules and billing. Users are responsible for activity performed through their accounts and authorized connections.

You retain ownership of the content you add to Cofyn. You grant Cofyn a limited license to host, process, display and transmit that content as needed to provide the service, including to the MCP client you authorize.

You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to upload content and for the decisions your team makes using Cofyn.

Do not add content that is unlawful, infringing, malicious or that you are not allowed to share with your workspace.

Do not use Cofyn to break the law, infringe intellectual property, distribute malware, phish, spam or harass others.

Do not attempt to access another workspace, bypass authentication or scopes, probe the service for vulnerabilities without permission, or interfere with its operation.

Do not scrape, reverse engineer or resell the service except as allowed by law or by a separate written agreement.

We may investigate and suspend accounts that create security, legal or abuse risk.

Cofyn offers a Free plan and a paid Premium plan. Premium features, including CofynAI, API access and the ChatGPT/MCP connector, are available only while Premium is active.

Prices, billing cycles and included features are shown in the app. Premium payments are made by VietQR bank transfer and activate after payment is confirmed.

Premium renews for the selected cycle until cancelled. You can cancel in billing settings; cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund the current period.

Taxes, bank fees and exchange costs are your responsibility unless the law says otherwise. We may change prices with notice before your next renewal.

CofynAI and third-party AI clients can produce incomplete or inaccurate output. Review output before relying on it for decisions, money or legal matters.

When you connect ChatGPT or another MCP client, you choose the scopes to authorize. The client may read or change workspace data within those scopes, including posting ideas, voting or commenting.

Cofyn is not responsible for a third-party client's availability, output, retention or security. Revoke access in Settings, Kết nối AI if you no longer trust a connection.

Cofyn is offered on an as-available basis and may be changed, suspended or discontinued. We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

We may perform maintenance, apply security controls or change features. Where a change materially reduces a paid feature, we will provide reasonable notice.

You may stop using Cofyn at any time. A workspace admin may delete the workspace or remove members, subject to plan and billing rules.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for other users or the service, or if required by law.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including content licenses needed for backups, payment obligations, disclaimers and liability limits, will survive.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cofyn is provided as is and as available, without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or uninterrupted operation.

Cofyn is not a bank, accountant, lawyer or financial adviser. Content and AI output are for team collaboration and do not constitute professional advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cofyn is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill or business opportunities.

Our total liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid Cofyn for the affected workspace in the 12 months before the claim, or the minimum amount required by law.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for fraud or wilful misconduct.

You agree to defend and indemnify Cofyn against claims arising from your content, your use of the service or your violation of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Disputes will be submitted to a competent court in Vietnam, unless mandatory consumer law requires otherwise.
