Cofyn Support

Email [email protected]. Include the email address on your Cofyn account and your workspace name so we can find you quickly.

For connection problems, tell us which MCP client you use, the error message, and whether the problem happens during sign-in or during a tool call.

Open Cofyn, sign in to the workspace you want to use, and make sure the workspace is on Premium and the MCP module is enabled.

Install the Cofyn plugin in ChatGPT, choose Connect, and sign in to Cofyn when the consent screen opens. Approve only the scopes you need.

Ask ChatGPT to list ideas or check the connection. The first request may take a moment while the client loads tools.

To disconnect, open Cofyn, go to Settings, Kết nối AI, and revoke the ChatGPT connection.

If the connection is denied, confirm that you are signed in to the correct Cofyn workspace and that your account can access Premium features.

If a tool says it lacks permission, reconnect and approve the requested read or write scope.

If ChatGPT keeps an old connection, revoke it in Cofyn and remove the plugin connection in ChatGPT, then connect again.

Never send your password, OAuth access token or refresh token to support. We never need them.

Premium is activated after a VietQR payment is confirmed. If payment is complete but Premium is still off, send us the payment reference.

Workspace admins can manage members, modules and billing under Settings. Users who need a workspace change should contact their admin first.

Read our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service for how Cofyn handles data and connections.

Report a security issue to [email protected] with enough detail to reproduce it. Please do not test against other users' workspaces.
